When Carlos, our founder, moved to the UK with his wife Claire and their children after years of travelling, he was shocked to discover just how many Brits relied on instant coffee. Ethnico is truly a family affair. Carlos is the heart of all things coffee, from sourcing the finest beans to overseeing the roasting process, while Claire takes care of the website and technical side of the business.
