Ethnico Coffee offers ethically sourced, premium coffee beans and related products through our online store. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are intended to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the product details are completely free of errors. Availability of products may vary, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed. For subscriptions you will be given 14 days notice of any price changes. 
  • Payment: We accept all major credit cards and payment methods through secure third-party payment gateways, including Shopify Payments. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All payment information is processed securely, and we do not store payment details on our servers.

3. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or other issues.
  • Delivery: We deliver across the UK and internationally, depending on your location. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes will be displayed during checkout. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors outside our control.

4. Cancellations, Returns, and Modifications

  • Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at hello@ethnicocoffee.com. After 24 hours, orders may be processed and shipped, and cancellations will not be possible.
  • Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to certain conditions. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
  • Order Modifications: If you need to change your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ethnicocoffee.com. While we will try to accommodate modifications, we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
